While renovating your home, we can handle all of the required Building & Design work in-house. You still have full control, while letting us manage the construction reduces your costs and speeds up the building process.

We can manage your whole project from start to finish, including design drawings, planning applications, tendering and specification, interior design and of course construction and supervision. Let us be the ones worrying about the contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.  We can also take care of the engineering supervision and mortgage sign off.

If you already have plans, we’re happy to tender for the project. We can often give advice and help make changes that can bring proposals within budget and regulations without losing the features you want.
